1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CourseFlіx. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CourseFlіx. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

CourseFlіx is an online educational platform that provides access to video courses, educational materials, and related content. Our services include:

• Access to free and premium educational courses
• Video streaming and downloadable materials
• User accounts and progress tracking
• Premium content unlocked by prepaid plans

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.3 Personal Use and Limits

Your account is personal and may be used only by you. Sharing your login and password with other people, or selling or renting access, is not allowed.

• You can be signed in on no more than 3 devices or browsers at a time. A new sign-in automatically ends the oldest session.
• Videos play on one device at a time. Starting playback on another device stops it on the first one.
• You can download no more than 5 course materials or archives per day (they count together).
• Downloading with automated tools (scripts, bots) is not allowed.

If we see signs of account sharing or bulk downloading, such as sign-ins from many different devices and IP addresses, we may restrict downloads, remove premium access or suspend the account (see Section 10). In that case the paid plan period is not extended or compensated, and payments are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Premium Plans

Some content requires a premium plan. Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (for example 1, 3 or 6 months), paid once, and never renew automatically. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes never affect a plan you have already paid for; they apply only to plans bought after the change.

4.3 End of a Plan

Plans never renew automatically and we do not charge you again, so there is nothing to cancel. Premium access ends on the last day of your plan; your account, bookmarks and watch history stay. If you buy another plan before the current one ends, the new period is added after it. For questions about a payment, email us at info@courseflix.net.

4.4 Switching to a Longer Plan

You can buy a longer plan at any time, including right after a shorter one. The new period starts when your current plan ends, so the days you have already paid for are never lost. A plan is not converted into another plan after purchase, and the price difference is not refunded. If you are unsure which plan to pick, the 6-month plan has the lowest price per month.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on CourseFlіx, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CourseFlіx or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or stream content using automated tools

5.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit comments or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Scrape or extract data using automated means
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourseFlіx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8.3 Educational Content

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Use of our educational materials is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourseFlіx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and content
• You remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to termination

11. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

12. Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work

• A statement of good faith belief

13. Governing Law
