Hello! My name is Creston Jamison. Since the late 1990s, I have worked with Microsoft SQL Server, transitioned to Oracle in the early 2000s, and since 2008, I have been working with PostgreSQL for over 15 years. About eight years ago, I started consulting companies on PostgreSQL, and in 2018, I launched a weekly show called Scaling Postgres, where I recently celebrated the release of the 300th episode. I help clients optimize the performance of their databases, achieving performance boosts up to 10,000 times, and successfully manage multi-petabyte systems with trillions of rows.
