Vue is a young JavaScript framework that has absorbed all goods from Angular and React. Vue.js is backed by the Alibaba Group (the ones on AliExpress). The framework has good documentation, which is available in Russian, and a convenient error handler. Since this framework is quite young, its community is not too big yet.
