About Randall Kanna

Randall Kanna is a Senior Software Engineer. She began coding at age 12 and started her career at Ticketfly after college. She was the first Junior Engineer the company hired and became a Senior Engineer in under two years.

She built iOS apps and front‑end projects at Ticketfly. She also improved the onboarding process, interviewed candidates, and wrote style guides for the team.

Work and Projects

Kanna later worked at Eventbrite and Pandora. She created several internal programs, including a mentorship group that paired senior and junior engineers. The goal was to help both groups grow through clear and steady guidance.

Writing and Speaking

She is a published O’Reilly author and a public speaker.
