Course description

The SaaS Launchpad - everything you need for a successful launch of your SaaS project. This course is a step-by-step guide from entrepreneur, author, and investor Rob Walling, which will help you go from concept (or even lack thereof) to the full launch of your product.

Read more about the course

You will learn how to:

  • Find and validate an idea for a SaaS business
  • Achieve product-market fit
  • Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Build an audience and launch the product wisely and strategically

The course consists of three key stages:

  1. Idea Stage - Learn to distinguish between "seemingly promising" ideas and truly worthwhile ones, test them from different angles, and recognize warning signs that can undermine even the most promising concept.
  2. Creation Stage - Understand what an MVP really is, set goals using an authorial 5-step methodology, choose an approach to development, start forming a list of potential users, and determine pricing.
  3. Launch Stage - Discover how to launch a product without haste and with maximum benefit, conduct initial sales, gather and apply feedback, and most importantly, continue to develop the product and support customers.

The SaaS Launchpad helps avoid the mistakes that doom most startups from the start and provides practical tools proven by the experience of successful founders.
